General Requirements for Nigeria Malaria Malaria Modeling Fellowship (MMF) Cohort 5 Recruitment Cohort 2025

The following are General Requirements for the Nigeria Malaria Modelling Fellowship (MMF) Cohort 5 Recruitment 2025:

  1. Nationality: All interested persons must be a Nigerian Citizen with valid means of Identification
  2. Age: All interested persons must be above 25 years old
  3. Educational Qualification: All interested persons must be have Master’s Degree or Higher Qualification in related field of discipline such as Public Health, Epidemiology (Environmental Health, Parasitology and Veterinary Epidemiology), Biotechnology, Bioinformatics and Biostatistics.
  4. Experience: All interested persons must have a minimum of 5 years experience
  5. Skills/ Training: Interested persons must have undergone training in Quantitative Bio-data analysis.
  6. Specialty: All interested persons must have undergone specialized training in Malaria and other infectious disease program
  7. Computer: All interested persons must have a good knowledge on the use of Computer especially Microsoft Excel

N/B: All interested persons must belong to any of the following categories outlined below:

  1. Post-Docs and Junior Lecturers in Epidemiology and Biostatistics, working in universities, non-profit, and non-governmental organizations.
  2. Health/Community Medicine Resident Doctors in Training, including those affiliated with non-profit and non-governmental organizations
  3. Data management specialists from the Malaria programme, National Stop Transmission of Polio cohorts, Rapid Response Teams, or other emergency preparedness and response teams, including those in non-profit and non-governmental organizations
  4. Monitoring and Evaluation staff with expertise in quantitative data analysis, working in Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs), as well as in non-profit and non-governmental organizations, working across the One Health ecosystem
  5. Public health officers, biostatisticians and epidemiologists working in public, non-profit and non-governmental organizations
